If you drive your car in competition, or just compete in the occasional local autocross, you have most likely converted your vehicle from the conventional BMW lug bolt system to our high tensile strength wheel studs. Wheel studs offer a safer method of fastening the wheels, without the danger of damaging the threads in the wheel hubs. To add the next level of high tech to this program BMP now offers light weight aircraft aluminum lug nuts. Each nut is C.N.C. machined from 7075 aircraft aluminum and then hard anodized for added protection. Outer hex size is increased to 19mm for added strength. As with all wheel fasteners and wheel applications, these items should be torqued to factory specifications, and air guns should never be used for installation. Lug nuts are sold as each, order enough for you vehicle and 2 spares for the glove box.
