Lower Cost of Living, Better Quality of Life
Having relocated to Tyler ourselves from one of the largest metropolitan areas (Los Angeles, CA), some of us at AHT have firsthand experience on how a higher quality of living at a much lower cost can give you more disposable income to spend on the hobbies and/or things you enjoy. In Tyler you can purchase a new 3 bedroom home within 10 miles of the center of town for as little as $120K to $225K. Acreages with room for horses and your own fishing pond start at approximately $300K. Both are available in Tyler's best school district. A big plus for Texas residence is that there is NO state income tax. (more info)
